I had appointment with Helen but was not told she was not coming in . If your staff are not going to be in on that day staff to tell the client so they have the option to make another appointment or the staff should’ve phoned the client

Overall cleanliness wasn’t great, the towels in particular. When I get home I could actually smell damp from my feet.. also the colour was no where near what I picked from the samples!! Opted for “orchard garden” - a pinky grey, lighter than what I usually go for but seeing as it’s summer.. ended up with neon pink! The three stars are for the rest of the treatment - had proper attention to hard skin areas and really well massaged and treated but will not be back given the other issues
