Charged me £10 more on the day because they hadn't bothered to check my Treatwell booking prior to commencing. Quality was OK but started peeling up after a week.

I would never recommend H&g to anyone for a wax. I noticed hairs on the bed before the appointment, and I knew I should have walked away then but I foolishly stayed. I payed for a strip Brazilian wax and I told the esthetician specifically that I don't like hot wax. Half way through she puts on hot wax without my consent. After the appointment I was left bruised and there were so many hairs that were missed. Not just little hairs, but full patches. I've had many Brazilian waxes before and it's safe to say that this was by far the worst. Avoid!

Came out of the salon with great hair, however, it did take much longer than indicated at the time of the booking. Also, I was asked to pay extra due to the hair type- which is fine, but I would have preferred to have that booking option on Treatwell.
