Unfortunately I went in for a manicure and pedicure and came out 2 hours later! The brand of nail polishes are poor quality- 2 days later the polish has chipped! The polishes need replacing as the original 2/3 colours I have chosen, no longer matched the samples I chose. I had two staff, the pedicure was done ok, but on later inspection back home, she was too aggressive on my cuticles and have a cut on my large toe. My manicure was done the “Brazilian” way- where it was messily applied and rushed, following by the cleaning up with nail polish remover. This part was painful because she was using a wooden stick with cotton pad on the end to really get into my nail/cuticles. I thought this actually required more time than a normal manicure. I wasn’t happy and another staff had to end up painting my nails! I know they were apologetic but I had to spend an extra hour in the salon to get my manicure fixed. Sorry, but I won’t be returning. You really pay for what you get here
