The therapist literally ripped my labia I was bleeding and had a big cut. She was laughing because I was wincing when she was reapplying to the area which was really sore. When I got home I was shocked! I’ve gone through 3 child births without pain relief or tears for this to happen. I will never return.

Very rude staff. Waited for 45 minutes (despite booking), when i said i had to leave because the wait was too long, they refused to pay me back (i paid up front). Very bad attitude
