I love how they cut my hair, she understood what I wanted when I said "soft layers". But she was obviously in a hurry and the process of blow drying was a bit messy. It was nice that they changed and correct my nails appointment as I got confused when I got it through Treatwell. But the painting of the nails wasn´t the best. My nails haven't been painted in full.
I will definitely willcome back for another hair cutin a couple of months. I fully recommend this.

The best experience I ever had in hair salon was at Helen's London. Very friendly staff and welcoming and following the current government guidelines such as checking temperature before entering the salon. All staff wore face mask too.
I had a balayage ash grey hair colour done by Helen which was challenging to achieve that colour on a natural afro hair. However, the outcome was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the way my hair looks !!!! Definitely I will be returning again.
