Gracy was fine but she didn't appear to have as much experience with the hot wax and one section was very difficult to remove. I booked Sol as she did my waxing last time and it was good. I was surprised to have booked Sol but then be told someone else was doing my waxing. I will return as overall it was fine but next time I'd like to have Sol or be given the option to rearrange if she isn't available.
