This was one of the worst haircuts I have had. The hairdresser couldn't get it right - called another more senior hairdresser to sort out and she couldn't do it. 2 hours later they suggested I come back the next day.
I did go back and another hair dresser did eventually sort it out - but I was offered no compensation from them for messing my hair up or for the inconvenience for having to go back for another 1 1/2 hrs!!!
Really bad service - would not go back there.

Hi. My appointment was moved to later ( twice) and then I was still kept waiting as it was a busy Saturday and they had obviously overbooked. That being said, my haircut and blowdry was tip top once I was finally seen too.

Came to headmasters as I'm new to London and didn't know where to go. Very crowded salon, living up to its reputation in offering 'conveyor belt' type customer service. When I arrived I was left waiting quite a while to be seen by someone to wash my hair, and then left again to wait for my hairdresser to start my cut - not a good start as my hair had started to dry before she even got to me. I felt like My hair was cut very quickly and not to a high standard - I've never had to give so much direction on a cut before, and I should note all I wanted was simply some shape around the front and the ends thinned. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately I'll need to go back to my original hairdresser to fix the job.
