I was given a stylist instead of a senior stylist That I booked and paid for .
I did receive the bouncy blow dry that I asked for and ended up with a dead straight blow dry which took nearly two hours. I was very upset , one stylist I had before tried his best to fix it but it still wasn't the same .

I've always had really good experiences at headmasters as it tends to be good value for money and the atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. My usual branch isn't open on Sunday's so I decided to try the Putney salon. The stylist was nice and seemed to understand when I was explaining what I wanted but when she started cutting my hair it was pretty obvious she was not experienced. She did get her managers help at one point but when she had finished I had to ask for her to get her manager again so they could fix the haircut to be how I had asked, she even admitted to not having much experience as she was unable to cut in the side fringe I asked for and as I was going for quite a dramatic change this made the whole thing a little stressful. I am totally ok with having my haircut by trainee stylists and have had really great experiences in the past but they've always been closely supervised and this was reflected in the price. I don't think it was fair on me or her for the stylist to be allowed to work on clients on her own and still have them be charged £45. I left happy with my hair eventually but it wasn't my usual great and relaxing experience.

Reallg friendly staff, great hair cut and nice relaxed atmosphere to salon. Hairdresser efficient but did a great job and provided helpful advice. Thanks.
