I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of the treatment as it was my first time. The environment could be cleaner and reception staff a bit more friendly. The bath was satisfactory, massage was the best part!

Lovely relaxing experience. Must ask for massage on the bed (which was there) and not have on the stone salad as uncomfortable. The massage was the only let down for me. Staff and ambience are wonderful - recommend to chill out and for deep exfoliation before summer.
