Lisa is extremely professional. She immediately understood the type of highlights and toner I was searching for. Throughout the process, she was extremely caring and gentle with my hair and scalp. She also offered me 2 glasses of tea.

I received a good cut BUT I didn't get 'Luxury Mask Conditioning Treatment' that I paid for.The the stylist washed my hair and the water went over my face and down my neck which soaked my top. The heat from the dryer was too hot-it burnt my head.The salon is small but it had 6 chairs, 2 sinks and lots of staff, making it very busy.When the small area behind the chairs became blocked staff had to keep moving the stylist's trolley to get through.There's a dodgy ramp by the door-I nearly fell.
