She was really rough handed when brushing my hair starting from the top of my head instead of the bottom. She washed my hair with her nails instead of her finger tips. She also made comments about me being sensitive to getting my hair brushed, I’m not. She was just really hurting me, it’s like when you are young and your parents do your hair for school and you want to cry because it’s so painful.
