I ended up with not great haircut - came back to fix fringe and was charged for it, as it did not tell them on time.
Now my fringe is short and the rest of hair long - there is no layering that match.
Manager woman did not respond to my e mail.....
Not the way to get the trust of new customers and I am travelling today with ghastly hair style- will have to pay again to someone to do it properly, rather upset every time I look at my hair.
So I guess we would not see each other again
