The receptionist Gabriela begins the experience at a low level. She is arrogant, rude and unaccommodating. It was eventually the hairdressers who intervened and made up for the experience. They even apologised for her unacceptable behaviour. People like her should not be in customer facing roles if the brand cares about customer experience.
Ismail was great, understood what I wanted and managed in within the time, in spite of Gabriela wasting it.
Wouldn't go back because of Gabriela.

Now a regular - Raluca is brilliant, they all seem great in there no matter who you have.
Rough around the edges place - not super lush or comfortable - the hair washing area could be more comfy / have foot stools but the place is fab at hair.
