She didn’t put heat protectant to blow dry my hair, the products they use (shampoo and conditioner) dried my hair like crazy. No oil or spray after the blow dry, they made me go around because there was various people using the same chair

She cut my sides way too short even though I explicitly told her not to multiple times and left the back very long basically giving me a mullet. She also just straightened my hair without asking me which was annoying because I like to wear it curly.
