Disappointed with my experience. Booked for cut & wash, no blowout. Wash was not very thorough and after the cut & quick dry the two sides looked uneven so I asked him to double check. Was told it's cos my hair was flipping different ways but then when he did check, he found that parts weren't cut correctly. He did some quick dry cutting to try and fix it and hair went everywhere all over my clothes then said that this is why I should get the full blow dry. Sorry but that's not how it works.
