It was a welcoming environment. Both the lady at the reception and my hairdresser were very friendly. Even though there was a small mishap and there was no hot water (which, can be understandable considering the time and the number of clients), I had a good overall experience

Excellent and speedy experience at Gusto. In prep for an event that evening my hair, which was looking dreadful from the day's humid air, was carefully washed and quickly dried and straightened to a glossy sleek shine. Very friendly vibe in the salon, recommended.
