I'm aware Gusto is essentially a no-frill, cramped place but the location is convenient and it's good value if you manage to book their good, experienced stylists – not everyone is – so I've visited here several times. Unfortunately this most recent visit was a poor, below-average experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Snezhe for a rooting color. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even offering a few glasses of Prosecco. The color turned out perfect, and I’ll definitely be back!
