Jana is very nice and honest about what will suit you or not. I find that advice very helpful, and my haircut suits me and fit the brief. Her shampooing was great too. However I was told that I had to book a separate appointment if I wanted a style change? I'm not sure why that should make a difference to how I book. I'm not a fan of the store - the music is loud and the stations are very crammed and it wasn't relaxing and was quite keen to get out.

A week prior to my appointment I was advised it was going to be at a different branch as the Covent Garden store was going to be closed. On the day of the appointment I was confused with which store to go to and it look over an hour to get through either phone lines.
The salon was very hot when I arrived but got better when someone opened a window.
My hairdresser, Yiannis, provided one of the best hair services & experiences possible. He cut my hair exactly the way I had described and maintained a professional and friendly manner throughout my stay. I highly recommend requesting him.
