Paid for mask included, after shampooing nothing happened, she was really not interested in helping me with my hair issues and looked distracted and not focussed on worked. The end result did not look good (it was ok first but shortly after the visit you can see that it’s not even or straight), really not satisfied

Denise is amazing. I went for a half head highlights but I didn't know that what would have really suited me was a balayage instead, which she recommended. She literally read my mind and I stepped out with perfect hair and the colour that I REALLY wanted. I feel so happy. Denise was professional and knew exactly what was the best for me. I'll be definetely back!!
