Haircut was rushed and not what I asked, barely cut and didn’t do layers or thinning, and didn’t cut the split ends off either. She said she was in a rush because she was hungry. I wanted to get a haircut in before lockdown but I still needed a haircut afterwards as she barely did anything which was a shame. She was friendly but told me I shouldn’t have my hair cut shorter as I wanted but it seemed like this was more because she couldn’t be bothered.

I’m very happy with the result of the brazilian blowdry treatment and I really enjoy the hair wash. Mario is very attentive ensuring I was comfortable throughout the whole process and gave me very good advice on how to care for my hair.
