Bad customer service, appointment started 15 minutes late with no explanation. Then before my hair had even been cut the receptionist was telling my stylist to be finished in 15 minutes - right in front of me! Stylist kept alluding to how long my hair was taking.. but it was a full head of hi lights and olaplex that I booked in advance surely they know how long it will take? I don’t even have very much hair. Stylist used way too much heat on my hair, it looks quite damaged today - and smelled weird afterwards - like old hair and cigarette smoke, so I don’t know that the hairbrushes were clean. I had to pay extra for toner which was particularly annoying as it was left on too long and now the colour is really uneven.
