Asked for a straight trim, it is wonky and uneven. At one point was given the comb and asked to do my own parting because she was tired?! Wouldnt come back.

Have used Gusto many times but this was the worst haircut I've had there. Asked for 2 inches off my curly hair and 5 inches were taken when wet. Hair should have been below my chin and is now just under my ears. Won't return again.
