Very unprofessional from the minute you step into the hairdressers. Told the staff about my booking, she assumed it was a different service and had to be corrected by who I assume is the manager, who rudely interjected with the price points of my booking. Immediately walked to get my hair washed, not even able to put my things down. The haircut itself literally took 5-6 minutes and after blow drying, the entire wash and cut took less than 15 minutes although the booking here suggests a 50 minute service. The haircut was done extremely unprofessionally, I could tell that this woman was not a qualified hairdresser. I had to ask for further adjustments to cutting at the ends, and when she finished it was a casual "thank you" and I got up and left. Very unhappy with this cut, especially when thinking from the start to finish that I'd have to get it cut again immediately elsewhere. Would not be returning.
