Charisse has been very sweet, mannered and careful. Throughout the process she’s been informing me step by step what she was doing. She handled my hair gently and most importantly she noticed that my hair needed a trim and unlike other hairdressers, she actually trimmed them (and not cut a big chunk) without me losing the length.
