Joseph was amazing! He was very attentive to both mine and my mum's needs. He communicated throughout on the process and gave very valuable tips. He worked really hard on my mums hair who has very thick and coarse hair, but despite that he didn't give up on it which showed as it took over 3 hours! I will recommend to all my friends and family all because of Joseph!
