Mixed feelings for this venue. Appointment at their Covent Garden salon but when I got there it was closed with no notice on door. Contacted their other salon and went there instead and had hair done with no charge and pleased with result but took an hour longer than anticipated. There had been a problem with broken lock with accessing the Covent Garden salon that day so hopefully would not happen again but I should have been contacted beforehand. Would try them again though in circumstance as had a good hairdresser do my hair

Awesome haircut and Ofelia was great listened to what I expected for my haircut and did exactly that. Great geometric cut and long lasting super straight blow dry despite my difficult to manage hair. Also fun atmosphere. Overall recommended and I will be visiting again.
