When I first walked in, the atmosphere was really misty and suffocating, but they opened the fire exit just to clear the air which helped. I felt the room was quite narrow and my hairdresser had to keep moving out the way to let people pass, which meant that their focus was taken away from cutting my hair momentarily. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I was really happy with how my haircut turned out, so it was worth it with the Treatwell discount.

Staff were very friendly (but not overbearing) and efficient. Cut was great and no fuss. Only thing about atmos that I didn't like was the really loud techno music, it was a bit intense. Will definitely return though as great value for money!

I had my appointment changed twice, then when I arrived at the time (7pm), they said it was for another time (7.30pm) which it wasn't. I then waited and wasn't seen until 8pm. The wash was rushed and vigorous and I was not at ease for the treatment.
