Had the most enjoyable at this place. I had been to their original branch a year ago before going abroad and decided to book in to their Covent site as the stylist I had before had moved there.
A bigger venue but just as lively, my stylist remembered exactly how he cut before it which was a relief. Was a blast, lots of amenities and very attentive service, very glad I waited! The only place I trust with my hair, will be now be making this salon my regular for the foreseeable future. Fab!
Very pleasant staff with a nice ambiance. Stylist spent time on the blowdry and didn't rush through. Was even offered a glass of wine during my treatment!

Felt uncomfortable as soon as I entered the salon, as though I were an inconvenience--which is ridiculous, I was a paying customer. The haircut was not particularly good, either. Won't be repeating the experience.

They were nice but my hair only managed to stayed curled for about 3 hours despite the fact the hair dresser said that it would stay curled even until the next day.
