I love this place! Every time I come the staff is so friendly and it's really the best haircut & color I've had in London. The blowouts are so perfect too. I don't know how they did it but whenever I leave my hair has never looked better. They really take their time and make sure you get everything you want. It's really affordable for central London and I recommend it to all my friends.

The staff at Gusto were warm and friendly, offering me a beverage as soon as I arrived - and even offering to swap my tea for wine as it was a Friday! The haircut was absolutely fantastic. The hairdresser continually make sure I was happy with it, and I had one of the best blow dries I've ever had! I would 100% recommended Gusto Covent Garden to anyone.

I don't like the highlights I did show a picture what I want and I end that with something complete diferente, the color was terrible they have to colouring again and still the color is terrible my hair now is complete damage the finish with blow dry was very poor they just want me to go, they ask me to comeback to rectify my hair but I will never let them to touch my hair again.

The highlights were uneven and poorly blended. The staff did not seem sociable but offered coffees and popcorn during the treatment. The final product was not to standard unfortunately and I will need to take extra steps to fix this.
