Staff were friendly and attentive. The haircut was good but there was an issue with the boiler so there was no hot water for hair washing. Hopefully, the problem has been fixed now.

I booked a half head highlights with conditioning treatment plus cut and blow dry with Ofelia. My hair was a faded copper colour with roots, but Ofelia did a brilliant job of choosing the right colour highlights which look natural. Just styled it myself for the first time after the cut, which is always a good test, it looks great.

Today was the fourth time I went to cut my hair in this saloon. I've never had problems and I always leave satisfied, until today. The hairdresser who attended me this time sinned for the lack of gentleness and arrogance. I’m not focusing on the quality of the work (my hair looks nice), He had a hard time to understand what I asked for. Simply because he was not paying attention to what I said, and loose the patience really easy (really?!?). And besides, a cut that should have taken a maximum of 45 minutes, took 1h20. I can't say if he was on a bad day. Maybe. But kindness and patience is always vital for those who work with service.
