I had my hair done by Mario who was absolutely lovely and triple checked with me how many inches he was going to cut off my hair. I was given wine, popcorn (!) which was lovely.
My hair definitely feels healthier and I pretty much got exactly what I wanted and needed.

When I arrived it seemed I had booked colour not highlights, I was very apologetic. But this was a bit of a drama and I was made to feel embarrassed and only when I suggested they could do a half head of highlights instead did it seem I wouldn't have to leave. The stylist was obviously stressed and overworked. My hair was done very well and I think it is very good value but I felt the service could have been a lot better.

The cut and blow dry were themselves very good, and so overall I feel that it was good value for money to book this treatment through Treatwell. It was the atmosphere of the salon that was not so impressive - a bit quiet and gloomy, and I also arrived before the hairdresser due to cut my hair for an 11am appointment!
