I got a full head colour treatment and Blowdry from a last Called Ofelia, she did a wonderful job, my hair is quite thick and difficult to handle yet she was so patient and Every step was done with impeccable precision. I left feeling and looking great! I will definitely be going back to the salon.

Love this place, I've been twice now and I've been really happy with my cuts. I have long hair which I'm growing out, and they have stuck to just taking enough off to keep the length but get rid of split ends. It doesn't sound like much but too many places are way too happy to take a generous inch off. I'll continue to go to Gusto for sure.

The overall experience and staff were lovely, but the haircut was terrible. The worst haircut I've ever gotten.
I had long hair (down to shoulder blade) and wanted to get rid of my dead ends. The hairdresser and I came to an agreement that most of the hair under the highlighted portion was healthy - so we would keep most of the length and slightly layer it to create some texture. I left with my front portion of the hair (from my chin to jawbone) cut right below my chin and all the hair on the back of my head layered at least six different times, with the longest one near the top part of my shoulder blades. It was not blended nicely. I went to a different salon to try to salvage it and they were stunned at how bad the blend/cut was in general.
It is a shame because I enjoyed all other aspects of the experience. The haircut just wasn't for me.
