Joanne was fantastic, but you feel like a spare part if you are not staying at the hotel. You even have to pay £7 to hire a robe which I thought was a joke after paying over 80 quid for a massage

I treated my partner and I to a 2 day spa experience. We had a very relaxing time.

The rooms were very clean.
Staff were very attentive.

Scrambled eggs at breakfast too soggy
Weird bathroom layout.
No toilet brush in ensuite bathroom.
Most of the grounds is grass, so bring wellys.( Not the worst thing but be prepared)
Hot tub had dirt in at at one point ( not sure if from dirty members)

What a lovely venue and such helpful staff, it’s such a big venue! The food was absolutely amazing and the house wines were lovely. Would stay again.
