Few issues in the room ( broken blind, hand shower not working, no mini bar available in the room etc.)
Wrong information on arrival regarding breakfast/room service.
Room not with a view as expected.
On the weekend spa too busy and too noise as the hotel overall!
Staff was friendly but a gentelmen serving our table in the restaurant was very inconvenient with certain coments!!
For a 4star hotel the service was not as expected at all!

Limited facilities available, we were there at a quiet time. If had been busier you would unlikely get the fall use.!
The restaurant and food were very nice including the staff.
The rooms are very tied and require updating.
Rather expensive for what you get.

Overall an extremely relaxing and indulgent facial and would definitely recommend. My only minor suggestions would be that a headband would have been useful to keep the products out of my hair and to have been asked to remove necklace.
