My daughter and I had a lovely experience at the Manor House.
The only points I would make is that the swimming pool had a bit of debris in it so it would be good if periodic checks are made to check the cleanliness.
I’m not a fan of unisex changing rooms and showers- but that is just my preference.
The door connecting to the swimming pool from the changing rooms should be opaque- right now you can see straight through. It lacked privacy.
We loved your outdoor jacuzzi and lunch.

The facilities were photographed well and in real life in need of some updating - tired paintwork, broken beds etc.
The facilities weren't very clean, the shower rooms were filthy and dangerous with the water. The windows also didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while.
The soap provided didn't get any of the massage oil off, was poor quality and there was no conditioner.
Changing rooms and showers were mixed which we didn't know.

Very relaxing massage that I didn't want to end, calm environment, outdoor swimming pool so you could see the countryside while relaxing, beautiful plants all over to make the place look beautiful. The tea was exquisite, the sandwiches perfect and the desserts delightful.

Relaxing time. I'm glad we visited when it was quiet as I can forsee their being a bit of an issue in peak times to get showered & changed. It's also a unisex changing room which doesn't bother me however could be a problem for others & to suggest you can change in the toilet would then deny someone from using that facility if they were desperate. Treatment & therapist was lovely, but would have been nice to have had a longer towel over me as my feet were exposed during my facial & I'm short.

The overall experience was great. However, the outdoor pool area was not at a high standard. I appreciate it isn't summer but dirt and red cones are not expected. No cushions on the beds indoors either. The plant pot in the waiting area was cracked and spilling dirt. I did not know until the end of my stay that there were flip flops available to use as this wasn't explained so I was barefoot instead. The facial made up for this as it was amazing!
