A lovely hotel and excellent treatments. Staff in hotel and spa were excellent was prob the best massage I had ever had and that was with a therapist who had been called in to cover sickness! A good break and good deal with spabreaks.com

The hotel looked very nice , the spa however has communal changing rooms with cubicles to use, it could have been cleaner
The loungers outside looked worn and tired and no one cleared your glasses etc so there were plates and used cups outside. During my massage someone was hoovering outside my room for 5 minutes and the therapist put the music up louder to try and drown the noise out. When we had afternoon tea he asked us if we wanted tea or coffee, didn't see a menu at all for teas or food.
