It’s a nice place, but being honest treatment was over priced for service. Therapist was pleasant but didn’t leave feeling deep tissue relaxed more surface oil massage so didn’t feel achieved requirements.
A lovely gentleman working there explained about all facilities & order and brought drinks while we were round pool.

Treatment was ok , it was very expensive for what it was , wasn’t really a spa like treatment to other venues I’ve been too , no real welcome Were not told about any aftercare etc

Unfortunate that we picked a day that a huge wedding was going on, which whilst isn’t the hotels fault, it would have been nice to be prewarned when booking.
We also had no way of getting hold of reception at 3am when the wedding guests decided to scream and hysterically cry outside our room, and were not asked if we enjoyed our stay when we left.
Overall lovely hotel, and clean, we just picked a bad weekend!

We chose Guildford Manor as a venue as the five of us all lived in the South of England within 2 hrs away.
The package included a lovely afternoon tea on one day and a great lunch on the second day.
The gym and pools were great, one of our group had a head massage which was enjoyed but some of us would have enjoyed a manicure which we were disappointed to find was not offered.
The bar and restaurant closed rather early at 9pm with no facility to purchase any refreshments during the evening.

The hotel is really lovely! Clean, spacious and well kept. The spa is a standard spa for a hotel but has the essentials like a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The added bonus of an outdoor jacuzzi with jet beds and a fountain. The grounds are well kept and there's lots of space around the hotel.
The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble
Overall I would definitely go back!
