This a is a great venue, I cannot recommend highly enough. All the staff are lovely. It’s very plush, lovely rooms, comfy bed, good shower. Great spa, great restaurant, geeat food, great waiter! Lovely grounds. Didn’t feel too busy. Great Italian restaurant 3 min walk from the hotel.
Best massage I’ve ever had! All together an amazing stay and will definitely be going back again 👍

Terrible experience at this hotel. First time around our therapist didn’t turn up and we were sat around for over an hour before this was properly communicated to us. The manager then had the audacity to still try to charge us for lunch. We argued for a free lunch. We then rebooked and the second costs the agency therapist didn’t turn up again. The poor resident therapist had to fill in. We wasted lots of time waiting around that could have been spent in the spa. Very poor experience for £149.

I was very disappointed with the service at breakfast. The waiter lacked knowledge or understanding of a good service. No explanation given to what we could have for breakfast on our first morning. For our second bteakfast someone had booked a time that was nothing to do with me. Also, the breakfast buffet food had been put away and it wasn’t even the end of the breakfast session. However, the reception staff were very helpful and agreed the service has been poor and would look into it for me.

It’s a nice place, but being honest treatment was over priced for service. Therapist was pleasant but didn’t leave feeling deep tissue relaxed more surface oil massage so didn’t feel achieved requirements.
A lovely gentleman working there explained about all facilities & order and brought drinks while we were round pool.

Treatment was ok , it was very expensive for what it was , wasn’t really a spa like treatment to other venues I’ve been too , no real welcome Were not told about any aftercare etc
