The room had a good view of the gardens with a balcony but no furniture to sit outside. The room was pretty basic but had everything you needed for one night stay. Breakfast was pretty basic but again acceptable however there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was run off her feet. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Overall for the price and including a treatment and use of the spa we were happy enough. It’s a no frills stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, as was the steam room and sauna, the jacuzzi less so and the outside pool was amazing. The only thing that let it down were the changing rooms, the floor was wet and they felt like changing rooms at a tired swimming pool.
The treatments we had were exceptional and the afternoon tea was perfect, lovely bone China and real tea.
All in all a great afternoon out, and the sun shone

Happy with the spa day package and venue overall - thought it was good value for money and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional.
Only issue would be the cleanliness and condition of the spa facilities, could have done with more frequent cleaning during the day and looks like it may need a refurb soon!
