This was an amazing trip! The staff were accommodating and as a solo traveller I felt completely safe. I got a package stay that included afternoon tea and a two course lunch on Mother’s Day weekend and everything was amazing. The server made every customer feel remembered. The spa does get busier on Saturdays but there’s enough space for everyone to get a good turn of everything. 10/10 recommend

The property wasn’t as clean as I would want.
A few cobwebs here and there and the spa facilities didn’t look/feel like they were cleaned regularly.
I found a blob of chewing gum in the pocket of the robe I was given. And the spa didn’t have a permanent member of staff on duty so when the sun started going down there was nobody to turn the pool lights on so we were sat in the dark for an hour.
The afternoon tea and breakfast were both good and the room was clean and comfortable.
