My facial was cancelled in the morning but I was given a refund. Very disappointed it was cancelled. We booked a superior room, lovely view but the double bed was small, as my husband who is 6ft 2in struggled fitting in the bed.

I can not fault the treatments or the therapists they were amazing.
However the hotel was extremely poor with hospitality. We booked our breakfasts and dinner times on arrival. We went down for breakfast to find we was not booked in. For a 3 course meal at dinner it took 2 hours and 15 minutes on both nights. guests in the room next door to us where extremely loud playing music loudly until the early hours of the morning. And there was no water available to guests.

If the facial and massage hadn’t been so good, I would be asking for a refund. Stunning location and venue , but due to a large wedding nobody was available to show us to afternoon tea or the spa , or even where to wait for treatments .

Terrible pool and changing areas. Also mixed sex changing which was weird. Dirty, crowded and unsupervised. The gym however was good and the therapy rooms needed decorating but the treatment was really good.
