Lovely experience and Fred the therapist was excellent! Very kind and delivered just what I had asked for.
The spa still needs some work on as it seems the hotel is going through an expansion and is understaffed.
Cleaner premisses and a more welcoming environment would be very welcome.

We couldn’t check in at 3 we checked in about half past was a really hot day waiting around.
The air con in the room was non existent felt like it didn’t work at all!
Massage was lovely but hard to relax as it was in such a bright room - had to ask for towels and slippers as these were not provided.
We wasn’t provided our glass of Prosecco at lunch either.
Dinner was lovely fast service and food was really good.

The Indian head lacked experience, therapist was just touching my head, didn’t appear to have a massage technique. Did not seem qualified, her back massage was nice but Head needs training.
