My fiance and I had booked a couple's massage, which you would assume to be in the same room, but this was not the case. I had an Indian Head and Back Massage. My massage therapist was quite the talker, which was not overly relaxing and asked inappropriate questions. She also had slightly long nails, so I kept getting scratched during the massage. My partner had a Deep Tissue Massage and said that his therapist used so much oil that he could not feel anything, let alone Deep Tissue. Not worth it

Such a lovely hotel the perfect place for a break stayed a couple of weeks ago and last Friday for afternoon spa break with afternoon tea. All the staff are so friendly nothing is to much trouble and the manager is always around and so approachable thank you we will be back again soon.

My daughter and I stayed overnight in this hotel a couple of weeks ago for her birthday on a spa retreat. We had such a lovely time, it’s a very nice hotel, with great food and really lovely staff. I would definitely come back, in fact I am coming back this Friday with both of my daughters for a spa day and afternoon tea.

Hotel was very clean and there's been great attention to detail with fixtures and fittings. Food also very good. I really enjoyed the spa and outside hydrotherapy pool. Never had a professional massage before and afterwards I can honestly say I've never felt so relaxed. It was brilliant.
