The sap treatments were really great and relaxing! My friend who is pregnant dozed off a few times and she was really happy with her treatments. The pool was nice and warm when is was less busy at 3 pm. But the jacuzzi can be cleaner, I think the filters need a good clean. But apart from that it was good

Stayed for 3 nights and felt it was great value for money. The food is fantastic. Staff can’t do enough for you. Facilities are great. Large indoor pool and plenty of space outside for everyone to enjoy the English sunshine. Had a Swedish massage at 6pm and couldn’t tell the therapist had been massaging all day, perfect pressure.. didn’t want it to end. Can't fault our stay! Will defo be back.

I was given a room with no view, very claustrophobic, the hot water not working and blocked drainage, a power-cut and the jacuzzi was dirty. The staff was great, the surrounding was beautiful as we had to go outdoors due to our cell room i would NOT go back
