Mixed bag for sure, pricing was fair all round, the hotel and room was nice.
We were put directly next to a where a wedding reception was being held (after being told we wouldn't) and the music was so loud. Went to use the outdoor pool and the music was so loud it was more suited to an outdoor pool party so we stayed inside.
Staff were friendly, food was lovely and the drinks were good. I don't know if I'd visit again. Maybe not in wedding season.

Stunning grounds. Loved the vitality pool. Such a lovely atmosphere. You can tell there has been a recent refurb some places in gardens aren't quite complete but nonetheless still beautiful. At times staff could have been slightly more organised and communicative. Massage was incredible. Will defo be back. Beautiful. Definitely helped to to achieve state of relaxation....

Spa could have been a bit more luxurious but the massage was great! Would have been nice to have it on my own, but wasn’t a problem for my friend and I to be in the same room. Therapists were lovely!

Amazing spa experience with afternoon tea. Friendly and welcoming staff especially the guys in the restaurant and Lux the lady who gave the most amazing massage. Grounds are beautiful too.

I went with my two daughters from Friday to Saturday. The grounds around the Manner was out of this world and while we were in the restaurant there was a beautiful peacock that was entertaining us in the garden with its lovely toll feathers. We had an amazing time the food was so good and I would definitely go back again. We miss the slots for our treatments due to the very heavy traffic getting there and the amazing therapist rebooked our treatments for the next day and came in on her day off.
