The therapist who delivered the facial had clearly just had a cigarette, spoiled the whole experience.
If you are heading here for a spa break, be aware you are not allowed to use the facilities before check in time 3pm, and have to be out by check out, which does not leave much time to use the facilities unless you pay £20 per person for a late checkout!
Overall really poor experience and not worth the money.

Nice place but could do with extra cleaners, floors dirty and dusty, tables were dirty. My voucher said slippers included, but weren't. Bottle of prosecco advertised on voucher was for one and warm, with no fridge in room. Room was basic and only supplied toiletries for one person. Had to pay for robes (both size small) then physically take them down to reception before given refund. Food was good but lots required additional payment to voucher and no drink included.

I would highly recommend doing a spa day here. It's a really lovely venue set in the country side with good facilities including an outdoor hot pool, which we loved the most. The hotel itself was also lovely, smart, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel nothing was too trouble. All round a great day out.

The Staff were helpful and attentive. The lunch was delicious.
The pool sadly is small and not suitable for those with mobility issues. There is no lift in the vicinity.
