Despite she was nice with me, she didn’t do a good job. First she didn’t cleanse my pubic region with powder as a prewax treatment. She just pass the hands (with gloves at least).
Without waiting for the wax to be cooled, she started to remove it without using the other hand to pull my skin taut. It was extremely hurtful. She seemed in hurry and unexperienced. Usually I’m quite happy about the service but this time the £35 I paid didn’t worth at all the service.

My curly hair is very difficult to Blowdry straight and I like it a particular way. Usually it takes a couple of tries before the front falls in the way I like it. Mahi was a genius. She managed my hair beautifully and knew exactly what was needed as if she’s been doing my hair forever. I loved loved the bouncy Blowdry I got and will be returning for sure! Just wish I had gotten some coffee though😊
