Went to get gel manicure & change and not a great experience. I already had gels on my nails & they said I should have booked to remove beforehand & had to pay an extra £5! I asked if I could have Ambre design and the technician said she couldn’t do that & she could do nail art, but it would be an extra £10!! Then the nails themselves are messy and not very well done - there’s colour all over my skin & I can still see parts of my old gel in places where they didn’t go right to the edge. Unhappy!

Root colour was okay but there was an issue with cleaning my face from colour stains. I accept that this happens when colouring and just wanted it to be rubbed away. I was told I caused it by touching my face when there was no need to blame it on anyone, it just needed cleaning. There was a halfhearted attempt to remove the stains and I ended up cleaning it myself. I then thanked the practitioner and said goodbye when I was leaving and she blanked me and didn’t reply! Poor customer service
