I didn't receive the full treatment I paid for, and I am still waiting for the refund I was told I would get. My pedi was complete and the mani had just begun when the beautician was reminded I had paid for the paraffin wax treatment for both. I had to dip my hand into the paraffin wax machine rather then some being put into the plastic bag my hands went into (as offered in other salons), they tried to give me the paraffin on my feet after my nails had already been painted, I declined.

This is the second time I have had a manicure and will definitely be going regular. So pleased my daughter told me about this lovely salon. Staff are so friendly and the main thing do a really good job, no wonder they are always busy.
