Beautician was so lovely, reassuring and walked me through all the different products and steps. She gave me some great advice and the facial was very relaxing! The decor of the place could be updated but it was very clean and relaxing experience, definitely value for money and my skin looks and feels great!

Shellac manicure chipped the same day they were done as they weren’t finished properly. Fortunately, the salon offered to do another set without charge, however it took 3 attempts for them to be right. Appreciate them fixing their work but would not rush back.

Happy with back wax but so many hairs were left on my leg I’ll have to shave again, to be honest it was my first time and so it was quite painful for me my therapist was quite impatient and seemed angry that I was in pain, after I said I couldn’t continue with the armpit waxing she literally just walked out without saying anything not even its okay nothing no compassion
