Fifteen minutes prior to my appointment time, I received a text warning me that my appointment would be delayed by 10 minutes. It was delayed more like 20 minutes instead. The beautician was very pleasant and friendly, she knew what she was doing and finished the job quite fast- my right thumb however chipped in a couple of days which was a bit of a downer. The environment could do with a little more work (particularly around cleanliness as there was visible rubbish on the floor) .Overall though, it was not an unpleasant experience, I think I may visit again.

This was my first time at the salon, for a last-minute appointment, and although the job was done, I can't say I'm happy with the results and I wouldn't go back. The waxing was not to the standard of my usual place and has left me uncomfortable afterwards. Disappointing!
